Term & Condition Lotus’s Buy, Scan & Win Contest

1. The 7DAYS: Buy, Scan & Win Contest is organised by Oromeo Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (1505089-P) and will run from 16 February 2026 (10:00 AM) to 15 March 2026 (11:59 PM) at Lotus’s Malaysia, subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, shorten and/or extend the contest period at any time without prior notice.
3. Employees of the Organiser, partner agencies, affiliated companies, vendors directly involved in the organisation of this contest, as well as their immediate family members (including parents, spouses, siblings and children), are not eligible to participate in or win any prizes.
4. This contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged thirteen (13) years and above as of 16 February 2026.
5. How to Participate in the Buy, Scan & Win Contest:
   • Step 1: Purchase a minimum of RM8 worth of 7DAYS products, including at least one (1) corn flavour, in a single valid receipt from any Lotus’s outlet.
   • Step 2: Scan the QR code at the back of the pack and submit your personal details together with proof of purchase (valid receipt).
   • Step 3: Check the winners’ announcement on the official 7DAYS Facebook & Instagram pages.
6. Each valid purchase receipt is entitled to one (1) entry only.
   Receipts must:
   • Be clear and fully readable
   • Show purchase of 7DAYS products with a minimum spend of RM8
   • Include at least one (1) 7DAYS corn flavour product
   • Be dated within the contest period

   Blurred, damaged, edited, or incomplete receipts will be disqualified.

7. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected to be false, fraudulent, invalid, or in breach of any terms and conditions. If a participant is found to have submitted false or incomplete information, the Organiser reserves the right to revoke the win and select a new winner.
8. Weekly Prize List & Winner Criteria:

9. Each participant is only eligible to win one (1) prize per week. Winners will be randomly selected from all valid and eligible entries, and all decisions made by the Organiser shall be final and binding.
10. Winners will be contacted by the Organiser via the email provided during entry submission.
11. If a winner fails to respond within the stipulated timeframe, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a new winner.
12. Prizes will be awarded strictly in the form of Lotus’s E-Vouchers and delivered digitally to the winners.
    Prizes:
    • Are non-transferable
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash
    • Cannot be substituted

    The Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss or damage after delivery of the prize.

13. All decisions made by the Organiser are final and no appeals will be entertained. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and to substitute prizes with others of equivalent value without prior notice.
14. By participating in this contest, participants agree that all personal information provided — including name, address, phone number and email — will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and used solely for purposes related to this contest, including winner announcements and promotional communications.
