#7DAYSKayaB Spend & Win Contest Terms & Conditions

  1. The 7DAYS: Spend & Win contest is organised by Oromeo Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (1505089-P) and will run from 4 August 2025 (10:01 AM) to 12 September 2025 (11:59 PM) via the official website www.7days.my, subject to the following terms and conditions.
  2. The organiser reserves the right to cancel, shorten, or extend the contest period at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  3. Employees of the organiser, affiliated agencies, associated companies, vendors directly involved in the execution of this contest, as well as their immediate family members (including parents, spouses, siblings, and children), are not eligible to participate in or win any prizes from this contest.
  4. This contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged eighteen (18) and above as of 4 August 2025.
  5. How to Participate in Spend & Win contest:
    • Step 1: Spend a minimum of RM5 on any 7DAYS at a nearby shop.
    • Step 2: Fill in your details along with proof of purchase (valid receipt) at www.7days.my.
    • Step 3: Check the winners announcement on our Facebook & Instagram pages.
  6. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected to be false, fraudulent, or in breach of the terms and conditions. If a participant is found to have submitted false or incomplete information, the organiser reserves the right to revoke the win and select a new winner.
  7. Here is the list of prizes and receipt criteria:

    • The receipt is clear and easy to read
    • Shows purchase of any 7DAYS products with a minimum spend of RM5
    • Dated between 4 August and 12 September 2025
    Second Prize 3x HABIB 1g 999.9 Gold Bar worth RM570 each 3
    Third Prize 5x HABIB 0.5g 999.9 Gold Bar worth RM300 each 5
  8. Each participant is only eligible to win one (1) prize throughout the contest period. However, multiple entries are allowed to increase the chances of winning, provided that each entry is submitted with a different purchase receipt.
  9. Winners will be contacted by the organiser via the email provided during entry. Winners are required to submit their personal details along with a copy of their NRIC within three (3) working days via a Google Form link that will be provided.
  10. All decisions made by the organiser are final. The organiser reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and to substitute the prizes with others of equal or greater value without prior notice. Prizes will be processed within one (1) to two (2) months after the contest ends.
  11. The organiser shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss of prizes after they have been delivered to the winners. Any additional costs beyond standard delivery related to prize redemption shall be borne entirely by the winners.
  12. By entering this competition, participants agree that all personal information provided — such as name, address, phone number, and email — will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and will only be used for purposes related to this competition, including winner announcements and promotional communications, without any additional payment or further notice.
